Valley Adult Day Services, Tulare County’s only Adult Senior Day Care facility announced
the addition of Anna Green as Administrator. Our population continues to mature, and the
need for caregiver support continues to grow. VADS looks forward to Anna’s experience and
skills to achieve our goals for expansion and program improvements.
Anna Green has developed a vast array of skill sets over the past 40 years.
Many of her experiences has been acquired working at the United States Post Office.
Starting as a letter carrier, she advanced through the various departments and
management positions. She has been Postmaster at various offices throughout
Tulare County. Her management skills range from human resources, daily operations
and budget development and implementation.
After leaving the USPS, she was hired to run the Family Crisis Center. She successfully wrote
multiple grants exceeding one million dollars in seven short years, where she managed 40
